I’m directing a play at a local high school next spring and I’m having trouble finding what play to do. I’m looking for something post modern, slightly absurdist, written within the last 20 years. Ideal cast size would be 10-20 people, relatively evenly split gender wise. I’m usually really into modernist plays written before the 1950’s, so finding good recent work is a challenge for me. Does anyone out there have any suggestions?
OH MY FUCKING GOD
I JUST REALISED THAT KRISTOF FROM FROZEN
I HAVE UNCOVERED THAT WHICH WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE UNCOVERED
AND THEN HE INTRODUCES JACK FROST TO ELSA
So I managed to actually make a pretty good Elsa hairstyle today. So this ended up happening. Don’t judge.

…i haven’t listened to let it go 30 times since this morning or anything.
